Sheena Johnson, CPT

Sheena discovered a deep passion for learning and teaching movement skills early in her career when she transitioned from coaching collegiate basketball to collegiate lacrosse. An athlete herself, Sheena knows what it takes to be great, and more importantly, what it takes to have fun doing it. 

Pickleball was Sheena’s go-to way to unwind from her New York City 9-5, but it wasn’t long before she fell in love with the game and was drawn to coaching once again. Now, Sheena devotes all of her time to sharing the joy of sports and movement with others.
